Anne Celeste Heche was an American actress known for her roles in a variety of genres in film television and theater. Anne Lockhart is an American actress. Her birth name is Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is well-known as the character the role of Lieutenant Sheba, in the 1978-1979 television show Battlestar Galactica. Lockhart is the grandchild and daughter of actors Gene Lockhart, as well as actress June Lockhart. Lockhart's professional career started very young.
